Residential builder in Port Angeles, WA seeks a Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction operations.

The C.M. will be responsible for specifying, estimating, purchasing, cost control, scheduling, quality control and warranty services.

Competitive candidates will have excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, negotiating skills, ability to be successful in a collaborative environment, standard office and computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets and e-mail, as well as experience in constructing premium residences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has knowledge in all phases of premium residential construction, a Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field plus five years experience in managing the construction of premium residences.
